At Assure Alert, our journey began with two founders, Nick and James, whose shared passion for improving the lives of seniors brought them together. With over a decade of experience, James has dedicated his career to understanding seniors’ unique challenges, from maintaining their independence to ensuring their safety and well-being. Nick, an expert in technology and fall prevention, has spent years crafting solutions that empower older adults to live confidently and securely.

Their shared vision for enhancing senior safety was inspired by their personal commitment to helping others and a mutual love for sports—James on the tennis court and Nick with a passion for cricket. This blend of teamwork and determination became the foundation of Assure Alert.

Driven by the belief that every senior deserves to live independently with dignity and peace of mind, Nick and James created Assure Alert. We aim to deliver innovative, Canadian-designed safety solutions like fall alert devices and wellness monitoring systems. With each product, we strive to give seniors and their families the confidence and support they need for a safer, happier future.
